2 Perhaps the people passing by the window have a bad image of your salon. Your reception area may not look like a call and welcome, or pictures on the wall may have been updated for years, and look out of fashion. Maybe your wallpaper or paint is peeling, and the reception is a mess.
3 You may want to take advantage of new technology or a more appropriate furniture, so you can serve your customers better, and make them feel relaxed and comfortable.
4 You might want to upgrade your salon equipment trends and changing colors. If you use the furniture or equipment that seems outdated because of the color, shape or size, then it is unlikely to encourage your customers to want to have a more comprehensive treatment of hair or complicated hairstyles.
5 You may want to make better use of their land and have more stations, so more people can reduce the hair at the same time, or offer new services. Change the furniture store for something more appropriate can make a big difference to your turnover and profits.
6 Perhaps now you have different types of customers, and your salon should reflect this. Maybe you'll be seeing a lot of young professionals who get their hair cut in its time for lunch, or perhaps because of its location, you are attracting an older clientele. Does your salon to give the right impression?
7 It could be that you have started to cut men's hair as well, so you'll need to change your shop to make it more attractive to the people. What about a more stylish furniture, or have a TV, or offering to shave male customers?
8 You may want to offer new services to its customers beauty, such as nail and skin care treatments, or massage. You'll be sure to have all treatment tables, chairs and storage you need for your staff to do these beauty treatments.
9 Maybe you want to attract new customers, and just have a good reputation is not enough these days. How will having a new furniture and equipment, and offers new services to appeal to your target audience?
10 If you have a very competitive area, or want to stand out from other salons in your town, then you have to do something else. To your new look salon offers all the treatments and services stand out from the competition?
